#1 How long does the unlock process take?

The unlock process depends on the type of iphone you are trying to unlock. For example, We do mostly sprint devices so the times are as follows.

$39 service is up to 20 business days, $49 5 to 10 business days $99 4 to 5 business days.

AT&T Unlocks are done instantly and free if you follow the terms on the contact page, That is right we said FREE!!!!!!

And for our $49 sprint unlock it can be free also by following the directions on the contact page.

 

#2 What payment do you accept?

We only accept paypal, We do this to make sure the unlock process is secure for you the customer and us the business. In VERY RARE cirumstances will we accept any other form of payment, And as always, AT&T iPhone Unlocks are free!

 

#3 How can you unlock AT&T iphones for free?

We explain this on the contact and pricing page

 

#4 Can you unlock other phones?

Yes we can, but we try to focus only on iphones, Another great company online is cellunlocker.net they can process almost any device as well and specialize in non iphone unlocks at a reasonable rate.

#5 What happens if you cannot unlock my phone?​

​If by some chance we are not able to unlock your device........ We will refund you the amount paid for unlocking the device, And still process the unlock until it is finished.

We are serious in unlocking phones and have been in business over 4 years now.

 

 

​#6 Are you affiliated with XDA developers or previous owners?

 

We purchased the rights to the domain and this site from XDA Unlocks begining of June 2013. We operate other unlock websites online.

We are not part of xda developers, We purchased the domain xdawireless.com and alldaymedia from ADM Inc.

We fully support any former unlocks that may have been processed by the former owners of the site and are here to help.
